Yes. But there is a nuance. The first sentence sounds insecure. A bit whiney. The second sentence sounds sinister and confident. Like a villain who knows his presence will be annoying. The first one is definitely the normal one. I wouldn't use either to be honest. Better to say "I hope I'm no bother but.. (request)."
