Are these sentences all OK?
It tasted quite fine to me. or It tasted quite good to me.
I'm not the addressee of that question.
I'm not the person responsible for that question.

1. It tasted quite good to me. [However, be careful with the word "quite." It has different uses in the U.S. than in the U.K. In the U.S., most people would say, "It tasted pretty good to me."]
2. [Although this sentence is grammatically correct, it's structure isn't natural for a native speaker. We'd say something more like, "That question wasn't addressed to me."]
3. [Same as above. Depending on the context, we'd say something more like, "I don't need to answer that question," or "You should ask that question to someone else."
