I bought credits, then the teacher declined though she did not tell me that when we had the trial lesson. She says she is too busy. I did book the time slots she had available. How do I get a refund?

You don't pay for the lesson until you have confirmed that it has taken place. This is usually immediately after the scheduled finish time.

I had similar a similar thing happen. I believe they don't refund money, but your credits will be refunded to use with a different teacher or lesson.

From my experience you can just use the credited money towards another lesson, but if you don’t want to do that I would contact customer support.
