Perfect. "Myself" is one word. "Rise" is better here than "rise up", though the latter is certainly not wrong. "Rise up" is more dramatic than "rise". For example, listen to the song "Summertime" by George Gershwin from "Porgy and Bess" which contains the line "One of these mornings / You're going to RISE UP singing / Then you'll spread your wings / And you'll take the sky". Thank you for not saying "get up". It's always better to avoid "get" when you can find a better word.
