It was easy because there was only one class of school today, but the time was from 15 o'clock, so it was troublesome to go to school just for that, and it was hard because I had to go to my part-time job right after that.

Today was easy because there was only one class at school today at three o'clock, so it was tiresome to go to school just for that, and then I had to go to my part-time job right after that.

We do not usually use the 24-hour clock in English - only in specific contexts. So you can say "3 o'clock", or if you want to be clearer that you are talking about the afternoon, you can say "3 p.m." or "3 in the afternoon". :)
