This week is a really busy for me because I have a deadline for report and a presentation. Preparing for both has been really tough, and I’ve been thinking about them every single day lately. But once this week is over, I think things will get a little easier, so I’m doing my best to get through it.

This week is a really busy for me because I have a deadline for report and a
presentation. Preparing for both has been really tough, and I’ve been thinking
about them every single day lately. But once this week is over, I think things
will get a little easier, so I’m doing my best to get through it.
To make it more clear, you can say, "This week is really busy for me because..." This makes the sentence clear and makes the sentence easier to say. Also instead of putting lately at the end of this sentence, "Preparing for both has been really tough, and I've been thinking about them every single day lately," you should put it at the beginning. This way, it isnt in an awkward place. Hope this helps!
