I've seen the verb 'post 'used together with messages, comments ... but could 'Post' collocate with ' a video, film etc : like in : I posted a video on a website ? Thank you

Yes. For your information, 'post' originally meant to put up a physical sign, originally on a post. It still can be used that way.
The teacher posts the homework answers on the bulletin board outside his office every day.
There are "No Trespassing" signs posted along the edge of his property.
