Both sound a bit strange...
You could say this:
"I never disgrace the team." or
"I have never disgraced the team." (I still play with the team.). or
"I never disgraced the team." (I don't play with the team anymore.)

I think another word of choice could be 'discourage or prevent, stop' team work.
Disgrace means to shame or dishonor.
