Hello, Pelin! :)
A full course meal is a complete meal with all the basics, like a starter, main dish, and dessert. A multi-course meal just means there are several separate courses, often more than three, like what you’d get at a fancy restaurant! :)

Hi Pelin!
They are almost exactly the same.
A "full course" meal will probably have an appetizer, a salad or soup, a main dish, and a dessert.
A multi-course meal will have more than one course, but it might not be the exact dishes I listed above!
