Time
Time passes by, no matter how you treat it. Sometimes I envy the people who live with a fixed timetable. It's just like a spiritual practice. But I have gradually accepted I'm born not to be one of them. What often happens to me is that I suddenly get the urge to do something I've been putting off for a long time. I usually take a nap around sunset or even before midnight and, then, in the silence of darkness, work for hours. I's not sure if this way would have any impact on my health, but it is a little trick that fit for me to fight laziness and cherish time.
