Apple a day keep doctor away...
I found an informative podcast on BBC sounds, Just One Thing. In an episode (you can find the link here https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m0018gqq), they were talking about the benefits of eating an apple every day. After listening to this podcast, I started to eat one apple each day with its skin on. While I am writing this I am in the 3rd week, and I only passed 2 days off. According to the podcast, Pink lady is a more nutritious apple, but I checked it on the market, and it is too expensive compared to the other kind of apples. I haven't cooked apples before, but cooking still preserves the beneficial ingredients in the apple. So it is also fine.

Apple a day keep doctor away... I found an informative podcast on BBC called,
Just One Thing. In the episode (you can find the link here

benefits of eating an apple every day. After listening to this podcast, I
started to eat one apple every single day. Right now, I am
in the 3rd week, and I only missed 2 days so far. According to the podcast, the Pink
Lady is a more nutritious apple, but I found that it is too expensive compared to other kinds of apples. I haven't cooked apples before,
but cooking still preserves the beneficial ingredients in the apple, so you get the same nutritional benefits.
