I never sort waste at home. The reason is very simple, because we sort them outside . The only thing I need to do is to take all the waste to the trash bins outside of my apartment and sort them there. We usually have four kinds of trash bins near our apartments. There are big containers in different colors for different waste. Green ones are for food waste, blue ones are for recyclable things, red ones are for hazardous waste, gray ones are for residual waste which can't classified into above three categories. But for some people, it's not easy to distinguish these bins. They are usually in a hurry, and put their trash into the wrong trash bins. In that case, the governments need to hire more workers to sort them before taking then away. So, children are taught to sort waste at a very little age. Adults are also taught to try their best to sort their waste well. Overall, sorting waste is a great thing for environment. Everyone should learn how to sort waste and do it best.

I never sort waste at home because we do it outside. The process is simple—all I need to do is take my waste to the trash bins outside my apartment and sort it there. Near our apartments, we usually have four types of trash bins. Each is a large container in a different color, designated for a specific type of waste: • Green bins are for food waste. • Blue bins are for recyclables. • Red bins are for hazardous waste. • Gray bins are for residual waste that doesn’t fit into the above three categories. However, some people find it difficult to distinguish between the bins. Often in a hurry, they accidentally put trash in the wrong ones. In such cases, the government has to hire additional workers to sort the waste before it is collected. To improve waste management, children are taught to sort waste from a very young age, and adults are also encouraged to do their best. Overall, sorting waste is essential for the environment. Everyone should learn how to do it properly and make it a habit.
Short Tip: Your main ideas are clear, but try to avoid redundancy and improve sentence flow. Also, “do it best” → “do it properly” or “make it a habit” sounds more natural.
