Is there something else that has to be "done by my end" or "done dy me" ?
-
Someone sent an email to fill in a form request, I wanted to reply that I submitted it and wanted to ask if I need to do something else after that.
"Is there something else that has to be done by my end?"
"Is there something else that has to be done by me?"
Are there other ways to say it in an email? Could you give me suggestions?

you can say - Is there something else...
"that needs to be done AT my end?"
"that has to be done by me?"
But both of those use passive voice. It would be better to use active voice:
"Is there anything else that I need to do?"

"Is there something else that I need to do after this?" can convey it well enough, even clearer than saying it in passive voice.
