Is breakfast most important meal of the day?
According to the latest research, it doesn't matter what time you eat. Researchers also says, that skipping one meal a day has a great influence on your health, especially when you are on a diet. It helps you burn the fat and increases level of your energy. Not eating for a few hours helps your body to get rid of toxins. So, breakfast is not most important meal, unless you eat right amount of calories a day.
