Could anyone help me with the following question?
If we want to ask about the percentage and we use the word “per cent”, is “per cent” countable or uncountable? What should I use in a question: “how much” or “how many”? On the internet I found both options but I’m not sure which one is grammatically correct.
Is the following sentence correct?
How many per cent of the young population try to follow healthy lifestyle in your country?

I'm American English native speaker.
In your example, use "what percent".
I would write this like: What percentage of the youth in your country follow a healthy lifestyle?
пока пока.
