Have you noticed that the things come to you life easily, when you are more optmistic than negative?
I've grown in a family more negative than optmistic, so I was necessary some efforts to resignify my
mind.
I like to read books about personnel growth, so it helped me a lot to identify my bad habits and harmful thoughts.
Once I read "The power of positive thinking" and it really opened my eyes to a new point of view and a new life.
After resignify my way of thinking I got a great job and have met good people to be my friends.

PERSONEL means the staff of a company. It's easy to confuse with PERSONAL. I don't think SIGNIFY means what you think it does - - I've never heard it used this way.
