1 Read the article that starts on page 8. 2 Read the article starting on page 8. Both are corretc? What do I sound in each one?

The first one is much better. It makes the meaning clearer. The second one could mean that either the article starts on page 8 or it starts before that but you should only read from page 8 to the end of the article.
