Today, I went out for a meal with my teacher and friend to celebrate finishing and submitting our report. We went to a restaurant that our teacher recommended. There were many different dishes on the menu, and everything looked so good. I tried many kinds of food, and they were all delicious. I felt very happy and full. We also talked and laughed a lot during the meal. It was a really nice time. I’m glad I was able to share this special moment with them. I want to go to that restaurant again someday.

Well written. If the teacher is your friend then it will be as you wrote, but if there were three people - yourself, your teacher and a friend then add the article 'a'.
