Yesterday was a perfect day for me because I fully enjoyed many thins just in one day. First, I took a refreshing one-hour walk to my favorite place in my town early in the morning. Then I came back home and started to write a draft for my new book, which went fairly successfully. I was able to finish writing one chapter! Also I had as many as three language exchange meetings online, each of which I found pleasant and uplifting. I felt super happy because all of these made me appreciate my well-earned one-year research leave. I hope I will have as many days like today as I can for the rest of my leave.

I would prefer "quite" or "very" or even "really" instead of "super" happy. "Supper" is very informal and doesn't quite fit the tone of the rest of this piece.
