Eat whatever you like, but limit the amount of calories that you take in or burn more calories by doing exercises. I think for losing weight, 1500 calories per day is enough. Although for men the number can be higher upto 2500 calories. Drinking enough liquids can persuade your brain that you are not hungry and your stomach is full, so it may decrease your appetite for eating and result in losing weight.
