Fantastic job!! I love running too! It may help if you watch YouTube from english speakers often. There are some fantastic YouTubers that talk a lot about running.

Excellent job! It was very easy to understand you. When you talk, you have a slight accent, but it isn't a very strong at all and doesn't stop me from understanding you. So, I wouldn't worry about it.
There are only two phrases that didn't sound natural. In other words, as a native speaker I wouldn't have said them that way; however, I still understood what you meant:
"For the most part of the year" > Most of the year...
"I ran after a long time" > I hadn't run in a long time.
Again, great job! Keep up the good work!
P.S. You mentioned that you live somewhere where the weather is cold most of the year? Where do you live?
