What's the main difference between 'Perverse' and 'Wicked' ?

I should add that if you are being sarcastic, telling someone their idea is either wicked or perverse wood have a similar effect.

Great question! “Wicked” is in its strongest sense, “evil” and in a lighter context, closer to “naughty.” “Perverse” has the connotation of being deviant or pathological. It’s often used in a sexual context. It can also be used more lightly to mean “abnormal.” These usages are quite nuanced.
