WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY "WHEN DONE FROM"? This assessment WHEN DONE FROM your perspective and then from your team’s perspective, will help you realise the gap between who you really are and how you come across to others.

When completed under ______ conditions. When completed as [person(s)] or under a certain condition ("as a rich person" or "during that time period" etc). It's saying something like "take time to imagine how your team will feel when they're completing the assessment. One naturally imagines things done from (completed from/via) ones own perspective. Knowing both your own perspective and your team's will help you understand how to communicate your decisions/actions based on their perspective AND yours."

Yes, this word order can be a little confusing. I will change the order of the words and hopefully it will make more sense. When you do this assessment from your perspective, and then when you do this assessment from your team's perspective, you can compare the two different perspectives about how people perceive you. This is a difficult sentence, so I understand why you are confused. Good luck!
