Entry... Example He refused me entry into the club. I was permitted entry into the country. The door is the only entrance into the room. I passed through the entrance into the house Entrance functions like a noun while entry acts more like a adverb.

The entrance is the physical door that allows you to go inside a place. Entry is the act of going inside a place.
