i’d like to know the differentiation between tipping point and turning point?

“Turning point” is refers to the point at which "a decisive change in a situation occurs, especially one with beneficial results. because your "turning something [around]." Whereas “tipping point” is understood as the point at which "a series of small changes or incidents becomes significant enough to cause a large, more important change." Hope this helps :-)
