You don't learn 'knowledge". You gain knowledge by learning things. ANY word at the beginning of a sentence or question is capitalized. The word "I" in English is ALWAYS capitalized (written with a capital "I") ANYWHERE in a sentence. Present perfect (I have been/I have lived/I have worked) with the word "for" and "since" shows something that was true in the past and true now. I have lived in my apartment for 5 years. I have lived there since 2016.
