Today I eat hotpot with my husband.I ate all kinds food such as duck intestinal,kelp ect. I like the feeling that we enjoyed the delious while talked interested things.Today is wonderful for me.

Today I ate hotpot with my husband. We ate all kinds of food such as duck intestines, kelp etc. I liked the feeling that we enjoyed the delicious food while we talked (or while we were talking) about interesting things.Today was wonderful for me.

Sounds great! I put this all in the past because I suppose you are writing about it at the end of the day.
