Russian culture is quite interesting, I guess. But it is hard to understand for the foreigners. The are a lot of Russian painters, writers, scientists and generals. Russian culture is also famous by ballet and classical music composers. But... these are just the things related to the high class of the Rusdian society. Despite the fall of the communism era Russians do not want to build their future by themselves and stay very dependant on the government. In general, most part of our society is an inert mass that is waiting for handouts of the state. Most part of the unappreciated writers, singers, dancers got drunk in USSR. And it is a really sad story. But our people are not interested in them. That is why the tremendous part of the proactive citizens relocated to the US, Canada, etc.
