We suffer more often in imagination than in reality - Seneca
This sentence is by Seneca, a stoic philosopher...and in my opinion the best one. It is about how we can suffer with stuffs that doesn't really happened...these stuffs are just thoughts, imagination. It causes worry, anxiety, and affliction because in fact we don't know if that will became true.

Well written! I'm not sure if "the best one" means the sentence is the best one by Seneca, or if Seneca is the best stoic philosopher.
