Why aren't there any negative reviews of teachers on iTalki? I'm a new user and I'm trying to find a new teacher... but if every teacher has a 5.0 score then how are we supposed to differentiate them? Am I missing something? Maybe only 5.0 star teachers are recommended in search results?
