The only one that is really different from the others is "chastise," which can either be verbal or physical. The rest are synonyms, and all of them represent verbal activities.
"Reprimand" is a formal word that might be used in a record of actions take at work. "The worker's personnel folder shows that he had received a reprimand for on February 29th, 2021 for improperly securing the solvents locker."
To "rebuke," "reprimand," or "chide" suggests a single, specific, short objection to a single offense.
To "scold" or to "chastise" suggests a longer objection that goes on for a while. "She gave her child a good scolding."
