What is the difference between "inspirational" and "inspiring"?
Are they used a synonyms?
"Inspiring teacher or inspirational teacher" .

An inspiring teacher is one who, by example, kindles within her students a desire to learn. She does not push this desire into them. Rather, it grows on its own by her example.
The inspirational teacher, by contrast, pushes the fire into them. She succeeds through her own deliberate efforts to motivate her students.

I would say that inspiring shows effect whereas inspirational shows intent
I hope to be an inspirational teacher who my students can find inspiring
