I want to know can words such as very, particularly and quite be added before delight?

No, they cannot, for two reasons.
1. For one, "delight" is a (substantive) noun, so it should be modified by an adjective:
A great delight. Quite a delight.
Alternatively, we could use some adverbs with the adjective, "delightful":
Quite delightful.
2. For another, we would not use "very" or particularly with "delightful", as "delightful" is an ungradable adjective.)
