They both have the same meaning. "Until" is a more formal way of saying it.

Bro... Till is older language But untill we used present time . A modern type language . Instead of this question You can ask diffrence between untill and unless So untill refer to limit of time But unless refer to limit of any particular occur or something like except time limit.

both are fine in normal conversation. “until” and “til” are common for most americans to use. you would be understood using either of them though.
