It really depends on the meaning/context, but almost certainly the translation will involve the character 力 (lì) which can mean "force, power, strength, energy".
If you basically mean "physical strength", then 力气 (lìqì) is good.
If you mean something broader or more abstract like "economic power", then 力量 (lìliàng) might be better.
If you actually mean "ability", as in "Superman has superpowers.", then 能力 (nénglì) is probably best.
If you want to say "a (world) superpower", then you can say 超级大国 (chāojí dàguó).
