How do you say "get well soon!" in Japanese?
I've got this from Google Translate " お早い回復を願っております " but it looks too formal
Is there a more casual way to say it?

It's better to say ”yukkuri yasundene”or"muri sinaidene" for a sick person because that's the person himself(herself) wants to get well most soon. That's very Japanese!
