I have eaten many foods and snacks, and drank juice recently😅 So I got fat… But I wanna make an excuse. Now I am forced to stay in my home. So I can always see a lot of
delicious food in my room. I can’t stand eating these… Don’t you think so?
Anyway I decided to not eat carbs at night such as rice, bread and potatoes
last week. But, actually I can’t do this😂 Because I really like rice. If you
have good way of diet. Please tell me that!!
