What does “uncoordinated” mean when someone says,
I’m kinda **uncoordinated** right now, cause I had 4 hours of sleep,
I actually saw the sunlight, and that’s when I realized I stayed up too long...?
Does it imply that she’s feeling a bit off or uncomfortable?

Feeling coordinated means you’re feeling in control of your body, like hand-eye coordination. Feeling uncoordinated means feeling like you don’t have good control of your body, like clumsy or sloppy. In your example, from being tired.
Coordinated in general just means working together. Feeling coordinated can mean your mind and body working together, but it could also mean that you feel like you have your affairs in order and your plans are working out well.
