+있다는 거지?
Ithe meaning this sentence 👉🏻 "You say that you have a car right?"
My translation is true?? If it is not please can you explain?

Hi Nur! That's corret. The sentece says the he has a car. Actually it is asking. It seems to be in the past. Like the sentece below:
" You said that you have a car right?"

If you need a hand for Korean translation you write in your question that this is Korean translation not English.
For Korean structure to say
“Do you have a car?”
Is different from English
It starts with the
Subject + particle ( 은 ) - Object + particle - Verb + to be
So the construction will be
“You car have?”
