Hi, could anyone help me with this sentence?
"She never went to the living room and kitchen, despite still using the shared bathroom, the only proof of her existence."
Does "the only proof of her existence" sound natural? If not, how to rewrite it?

It's just slightly formal. If you wanted to make it sound more casual, you could say:
She never went to the living room and kitchen. The only time they even noticed she was there was when she used the bathroom.

Yes, it is natural. Without the fact that she uses the bathroom, there would be no evidence to prove that she exists. It's not even a metaphor. It means precisely what it says.
