1) I used to watch baseball games especially highschool baseball games when I was child.
2) Every day news make us excited by Shohei Otani's home run and his steal number. Everyone is expecting his monumental record with 50 home run and 50 steals.
3) When I was child not so many Japanese baseball players were playing in the Major League but lots of players do it nowadays.
4) My husband and I like watching a TV show about maniac baseball topics. Only one topic is focused on in spite of for 40 minute program. It's very fun.
5) Actually, I'm interested in more football games but I still like baseball.

Expecting a record doesn't really make sense. Do you mean people are expecting he will set new records? 'Maniac baseball topic' is confusing - maybe explain that?
