Could you please help me check this sentence to see if it's correct? or is there any better way of saying it? Thank you in advance for your kind help! It is certainly not sufficient to have only linguistic knowledge for providing language education.

It is certainly not sufficient to have only linguistic knowledge when it comes to providing language education. Or It is not sufficient enough to only have linguistic knowledge when it comes to providing language education.
