I'll call you, I'll phone you, I'll ring you later, I'll give you a call, I'll give you a ring [but that could also mean a piece of jewelry!] - all of these are common

Interesting question, a recent survey showed that people now used their phones to text (message) and rarely to make a phone call.
Personally I say, "I will call you"
