How to say "the whole Sunday" and how to say "every Sunday"?
The whole Sunday is todo Domingo
and every Sunday is todos los Domingos. Am I right?

Every Sunday: todos los domingos / cada domingo

Para decir "the whole Sunday" usa la frase "todo el Domingo" recuerda el conector "el" previo a "Domingo".
Para decir "every Sunday" usa la frase "Todos los Domingos", recuerda que en Español usamos el plural para hablar de más de 1 Domingo, en esta frase.
