" You know- she would like you to marry again."

it's correct.it's the same to say: i long to do something again.

Yes the sentence is correct. It is possible to say you want somebody to do something. ' I want you to finish your dinner.' Instead of 'want' we can use' would like'. 'I would like you to finish your dinner.'
