아니라고 vs 아니에요
설명을 찾을 수 없어요...
"아니라고" 하고 "아니에요" 차이는 뭐에요?
i know that 라고 is used after quotations. "아니라고" is similar to it?

It can be a quotation of oneself or someone else, like "(i say/said) no" or "(s/he says/said) no".
