what are the differences
the two words are written the same but they are pronouned differently.
1) rigl - leg
2) rajul - man
am i correct?
and how to use them?

yes you are right .
رجل = rigl = leg (u can also say ساق (sak) it means leg and it better than رجل )
as aya said ..... my leg hurts = رجلى تؤلمنى (rigly toa'limony) / (saky toa'limony) ساقى تؤلمنى
رجل = ragol = man
he is a good man = انه رجل صالح (enaho ragol saleh)

yea that's correct
my leg hurts رجلى (قدمى) تؤلمنى
when you greet someone you say hey man اهلا يا رجل
