younger sister could be translated as "hermana pequeña" too

- older sister = hermana mayor
- younger sister = hermana menor
- little sister = hermanita o hermana más pequeña
- newborn sister = hermanita recien nacida, es decir mi hermanita baby

hermana menor (younger sister)
You use the same for younger and older brother (menor /mayor )
