"Je te hais du plus profond de mon coeur" >> heart = coeur
so It's the nearest translation
but some other translations exist:
"Je te hais du plus profond de mon être" = from the bottom of me
"Je te hais du plus profond de moi même" = same thing
"Je te hais au plus profond de moi" = same thing

Consider the heavy difference between the tow verbs as helene notified above!!
you can also say: je te hais comme jamais!
NB: this expression of top hatred is used once in a life time (joke) as hatred is worst than a sickness and auto-consumes it's holder :)

Bonjour
This word "hais" from the verb "haïr" is really strong... PLEASE think twice before you write that !
This word "déteste" from the verb "détester" is less strong but still express the feeling you don't like at all...
Please choose the one carefully...
