What does "got owned" mean? and how to use it?

It is a slang term meaning "got beaten by".
For example, "I got owned by my brother in Starcraft 2." or "My brother owned me in Starcraft 2."
It's mostly an internet term, so try not to use it in face to face conversation.

非常口语的说法,就是“被完全打败了”的意思,也表示他应该觉得一些不好意思,但他不一定会觉得丢脸。也可以把“学校”变成动词说“got schooled",就是意味着他被打败的程度相当于打他的人好像刚在教他怎么打篮球,游戏,等,也很口语
